Job Responsibilities
Perform reconciliation and validation of trades, and costs between the ETRM system and counterparties, brokerages, and exchanges.
Generate and issue trade confirmations, contracts, and invoices, while resolving discrepancies and processing amendments.
Review, validate, and approve broker invoice payments.
Oversee and manage carbon emissions credits throughout the delivery and settlement process.
Administer and maintain carbon credit inventories across various registries, ensuring alignment with internal systems.
Monitor counterparty and credit risk exposures, including limits, collateral management, and margin calls.
Act as administrator for exchanges such as ICE, CME, and SGX, managing trading limits, and user access setups.
Ensure all practices comply with internal control policies and external regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in trading operations or middle/back-office functions within commodities or related markets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively.
