Junior Office & Production Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Office & Production Assistant to join our growing team in a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the printing and graphic arts industry.

The successful applicant will provide general office support while assisting our production team with a variety of finishing tasks. This is a hands-on role with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

General office administration and support.

Booking freight and coordinating deliveries.

Providing friendly and professional customer service.

Assisting the production team with finishing tasks, including binding, folding, laminating, and other post-print processes as required.

Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across the business.

The ideal candidate will:

Be organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Be a team player who is happy to assist wherever needed.

Have good attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work.

Be physically capable of assisting with light production duties.

Basic knowledge of Canva and Adobe creative suite would be advantage
