THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a well-established FMCG organisation with a workforce of over 2000 employees and is currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation within its People function. This role has a key role in supporting
a large workforce across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of People Services & Operations, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality HR administration across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with two HR Business Partners and Payroll, you'll support a high volume of activity while ensuring employee information is accurately maintained.
This is a busy, varied role where you'll be the dedicated HR administration support, requiring someone who enjoys working in HR systems, can manage competing priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, internal movements and offboarding.
- Maintaining accurate employee records across HRIS.
- Preparing employment contracts, confirmation of employment letters and statements of service.
- Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day administration and employee requests.
- Prioritising a high volume of work while delivering an exceptional internal customer experience.
Please note this is aninitial two-week temporary role to start immediately based 5-days a week on site in Wacol.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you'll be an organised and proactive HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience within an HR Administration, People & Culture Coordinator or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee lifecycle administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working within HR systems.
- The ability to work independently, use sound judgement and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using SAP Payroll and/or SuccessFactors will be highly regarded.
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing is advantageous, however not essential.
