Our client is a leading FMCG distribution company based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. They are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join their busy warehouse team.

The Role

As a Forklift Driver, you will play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts to load and unload deliveries.
• Picking, packing, storing and dispatching stock.
• Safely moving and organising inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
• Conducting stock checks and quality control inspections.
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and efficiently.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and free from hazards.
• Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
• About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid forklift licence with demonstrated forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, FMCG or distribution environment.
• The ability to safely lift and move heavy products.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, reliable and positive attitude.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
