Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.

Collaborate with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education

Develop and implementation of nursing education programs for constant improvements.

Establish and maintain optimal clinical learning environments for nursing staff and students.

Assisting Nurse Clinician in daily functions.

Participate in work improvement projects.

Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.

Assist in the clinical audits.

Assist in the staff performance assessment.

Ensure reports are submitted on a timely manner.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Nursing.

Minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience.

Possess an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Medical Surgical) is an advantage.
