About the role:
We have a unique and exciting opportunity to join our industry leading Quality Assurance team. We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is eager to build on your current skills and experience. This highly sought after role involves reviewing a diverse range of medical reports from a technical and quality perspective, liaising with a range of medical experts across different specialties, and providing high-level administrative support. You will have the ability to build on your existing knowledge of Personal Injury claims via exposure to a variety of reports from schemes such as Workers Compensation, Motor Accident, Public Liability, Income Protection, Medical Negligence and other jurisdictions on a national scale. You will be part of a professional and friendly team where your contribution will directly support positive client outcomes. Work from home available.
About you:
We are seeking someone who is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a self-motivated professional who takes initiative and ownership of your work, demonstrating reliability and drive in everything you do. We need someone who can work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of our close-knit team. The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer-based systems. Experience in Personal Injury Schemes particularly in Case Management or Technical roles, including interstate experience, and/ or familiarity with AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 4th or 5th edition (or similar) is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position. Flexible working arrangements, including work from home and alternate hours (including weekends), may be considered for the right candidate.
