Edible Blooms & Co is home to some of Australia's leading online gifting brands, including Edible Blooms, Dessert Boxes, Gift Baskets and Hampers.com.au. We're looking for our next amazing Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.

This role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years' marketing experience working within an established business environment who enjoys executing campaigns, creating engaging content, and supporting multiple brands across digital channels. We're looking for someone who understands how marketing functions within a business—not someone whose experience has been solely freelance or agency-based.

You'll work across a portfolio of well-loved gifting brands, helping to deliver campaigns that create memorable customer experiences and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

Maintain and update products, websites, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels.

Create engaging content across digital platforms.

Assist with SEO initiatives and website optimisation.

Support marketing campaign planning, reporting, and execution.

Contribute ideas during marketing and creative brainstorming sessions.

Identify partnership, promotional and collaboration opportunities to grow brand awareness and sales.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives.

Assist with campaign performance analysis and recommend improvements.

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role within an established business environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience creating engaging digital content.

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and social media management.

Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.

Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

Desirable Experience

The following would be highly regarded, but are not essential:

Experience managing or supporting customer loyalty or rewards programs.

Experience with Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns.

Knowledge of SEO best practices.

Experience using Google Analytics or other marketing reporting tools.

Experience within ecommerce, retail, or gifting industries.
