About the role

We are looking for an Automotive Electrician / Electrical Technician to join our Singapore team and support the installation and maintenance of our telematics solutions on electrical and diesel-powered Ground Support Equipment (GSE) at Changi Airport. This is a hands-on technical role working directly with airport equipment and vehicle electrical systems. Previous GSE experience is not required. Full training on our telematics and IoT solutions will be provided. This is a long-term opportunity with regular working hours and no shift work, with opportunities to progress into a more senior technical role.

Key responsibilities

Install the proveo telematics solution on electrical and diesel-powered GSE

Carry out electrical installation, testing and basic diagnostics

Troubleshoot electrical and equipment-related issues

Perform on-site technical support and maintenance

Work closely with the technical team to ensure reliable operation of installed systems

Follow workplace, equipment and safety procedures

Develop technical knowledge of our telematics and IoT solutions

About you

Practical experience in automotive electrical work, electrical systems or equipment maintenance

Experience with cars, trucks, buses, forklifts, heavy equipment or similar machinery is an advantage

Basic electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn new technology and systems

Able to work independently and as part of a technical team

A valid Singapore driving licence is an advantage

GSE experience is not required – training will be provided

Benefits

SGD 2,500 – 3,500 per month, depending on skills and experience

Employer CPF contributions in accordance with Singapore statutory requirements

14 days of annual leave in the first year, increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 21 days
