About the Position This role offers the chance to manage a well-maintained, low volume portfolio within a supportive and experienced team environment. It’s ideal for someone who values delivering high-quality service rather than being overloaded with properties.
Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Overseeing and coordinating maintenance requests and repair works
• Assisting with the preparation and facilitation of Annual General Meetings alongside senior team members
• Developing budgets and preparing meeting documentation
• Responding to enquiries via phone and email, including managing maintenance updates
• Building strong working relationships with committees and Owners Corporation members

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 years’ experience in strata management
• Exposure to a mix of property types (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
• Relevant strata licence or certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Valid Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
