An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Manager to join the team and develop your career. Your key duties will include:

Lead, train, and develop the payroll team

Overseeing all payroll processes including wages, redundancies, reconciliations, bonuses, and terminations

Checking and auditing of all payrolls, ensuring legislative and award compliance

Establishing processes to maximise productivity

Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

Uphold high customer service standards and protocols across the business

Providing support and advice to employees to ensure accuracy

Ad hoc projects

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will be hands-on and have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident and have strong problem-solving abilities. Interested?
