The role:

• Take full ownership of an established residential property portfolio
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate lease renewals, general lease administration, and tenancy matters
• Conduct seamless routine, ingoing, and outgoing property inspections
• Proactively arrange maintenance and repairs with a network of trusted contractors
• Confidently manage arrears, compliance requirements, and legislative obligations

About you:

• 1–2 years' experience managing a residential portfolio (or an experienced Associate ready to step up)
• Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Solid understanding of residential property management practices and tenancy legislation
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Current driver's licence
