Senior Architect – Residential Design (Sydney)

Tailored Homes is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team of luxury residential specialists.

Requirements:

Must be a licensed Architect in Australia.

Extensive experience in high-end residential architecture.

Highly experienced in all aspects of residential design, including:

Architectural design

Interior design

Design development

DA, CDC and approval documentation

Consultant coordination

Construction documentation

Building regulations and Australian Standards

Construction methods, detailing and buildability

Contract administration and site coordination

Strong knowledge of the NSW planning system and residential building industry.

Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

Ability to manage projects from concept through to construction.
