Working Hours: Rotating shifts (5 days/week)
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist members with enquiries and daily needs
Promote programs, activities, and club services
Share information on products, promotions, and events
Support daily operations and member engagement activities
Ensure a positive and enjoyable customer experience
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly attitude with willingness to learn
Team player with customer-oriented mindset
Customer service experience is an advantage
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
