Your Opportunity

We have several part-time opportunities available, with flexible hours ranging from 20 to 30 per week, with both fixed-term and ongoing options.

As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS), you’ll be the first point of contact for participants, employers, community organisations, and the general public. Working from our Long Gully Head Office, you'll be part of a fast-paced Customer Service Centre where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the effective delivery of CVGT's programs and services.

This role goes beyond answering calls, every interaction matters. You’ll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email and live chat, creating positive experiences with every interaction.
• Triage enquiries, resolve issues and connect customers with the right support in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate appointments, manage diaries and provide administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and manage information in line with privacy, compliance and program requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer outcomes.

• Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children People Check.
