About the role

TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our client's Adelaide-based team, supporting the delivery of a major mining and metals EPCM project. Working with a globally recognised Tier 1 EPCM organisation, the Change Management Lead will support the effective management of project changes across a large and complex project environment. In this role, you will coordinate change requests, facilitate impact assessments, maintain change records, and ensure approved changes are accurately reflected in project scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in providing clear reporting, maintaining compliance with project processes, and helping drive successful project outcomes through effective change management practices. Duties and responsibilities

Coordinate and track project change requests through approval.

Assess impacts to scope, cost, schedule, and risk.

Work closely with project teams to manage changes effectively.

Prepare and maintain change documentation, systems and reports.

Distribute data for updates to budgets, schedules, and forecasts with approved changes.

Monitor change status and provide regular progress updates.

Maintain accurate records and support change review meetings.

Skills and experience required

Relevant qualification and 10+ years' mining, infrastructure or energy EPCM industry experience.

5+ years' experience in project controls or change management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong knowledge of cost, schedule, and risk management.

Experience supporting large-scale projects.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

High analytical skills and attention to detail.
