About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Trainee Technician to support our production operations in Pioneer. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our chemical processing areas, metal control, and logistics. This position requires someone who can thrive in a high-security, metal-free work environment while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end production activities, including metal control and logistics.
Operate efficiently within specialized chemical processing areas.
Ensure 100% compliance with rigorous safety, security, and environmental policies.
Execute tasks in challenging conditions, including hot environments and confined spaces.
Requirements
Physically capable of working in confined spaces and hot environments.
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline in a controlled, high-security environment.
Ability to follow operational procedures and instructions accurately.
