The Company
A well-established manufacturing business in the Geelong region is seeking additional support within their planning and supply chain function.

The Role
Reporting into the Site Manager, you will support day-to-day planning and coordination to keep production running smoothly and customer demand on track.

Key duties will include:

• Assisting with production scheduling
• Maintaining planning system data
• Support conversion of planned orders into production
• Coordination with Production and Warehouse on priorities, sequencing and inbound raw materials
• Liaising with Customer Service, Procurement, Quality and Operations to support order fulfilment
• Monitoring inventory health (blocked/ageing stock), and supporting cycle counts/variance follow-up
• Preparing planning, capacity and inventory reporting and helping improve processes/documentation

Skills and Experience

• Experience in manufacturing/operations across planning, supply chain, inventory, logistics, production coordination or similar
• Confident juggling changing priorities and working with multiple stakeholders
• Solid Excel skills (pivots/lookups beneficial)
• Exposure to SAP and/or planning tools
• Graduate candidates with a Degree in Supply Chain are encouraged to apply
