What You will do

Lead and support a small team of mortgage consultants while managing your own sales portfolio

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive personal and team growth

Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with working partners and referral sources

Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve performance and client engagement

Deliver holistic mortgage solutions across refinancing, home purchase, and wealth financing

Represent Aurelis Mortgage at networking events, corporate engagements, and business development activities

About you

Has experience in mortgage banking, mortgage advisory, property financing, or financial services

Demonstrates leadership potential and enjoys mentoring and developing others

Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is motivated to grow both a team and a sustainable business

Is self-driven and confident in managing personal sales targets and team performance

Values integrity, collaboration, and putting clients first
