Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic production team as a Toolroom Lead, where you will oversee daily operations in a toolroom environment, ensuring efficiency and reliability in production processes.

Responsibilities:

Guide, train, and supervise toolroom technicians, managing schedules and setting daily priorities.

Oversee the handling, troubleshooting, repairing, and improvement of tools and molds.

Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency and manage tool life.

Ensure proper storage, issuance, and maintenance of tools while adhering to safety standards.

Coordinate tooling support for production and liaise with external vendors as needed.

Support customer requirements, including drawing reviews and 3D product printing.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

NITEC equivalent or higher qualification.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in toolroom management, with a background in mold design and toolroom machining in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 2D/3D CAD systems.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven troubleshooting abilities.

Knowledge of safety protocols is an added advantage.
