Job Title: Manager/Assistant Manager, System Engineering

Salary: $4500 - $5000

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure management, system support, and IT project execution.

Lead and support the IT team to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery of IT services.

Plan, design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and related technologies.

Collaborate with management and regional stakeholders on IT initiatives, system improvements, and technical matters.

Manage IT risks, enhance operational processes, and ensure projects are completed within timelines.

Support the sales team in reviewing technical requirements, preparing tender proposals, and ensuring network specifications are aligned with project needs.

Work closely with project teams to design, configure, and deploy network components, including IP cameras, servers, storage systems, switches, routers, workstations, and peripherals.

Provide technical guidance and support to service teams in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Manage office network administration, including network setup, maintenance, security, and performance monitoring.

Oversee system administration activities, including server management, storage solutions, and business applications.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

At least 6 years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure management, or related IT roles.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, IT operations, system infrastructure, and network environments.

Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and IT risk management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Experience in network administration, server management, and IT project implementation.

Knowledge of virtualization environments and Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage.
