Protech is partnering with Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) to offer exciting career development opportunities within the Protective Coatings & Structural Maintenance (PCSM) team.
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for Trainee Supervisor positions. These opportunities are ideal for individuals with existing supervisory experience who are looking to further develop their leadership skills and progress their careers within a dynamic operational environment.

About the Role:

As a Trainee Supervisor, you will receive structured coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job support to further develop your leadership and supervisory capabilities.
These opportunities are suited to individuals with demonstrated Structural and/or Blast & Paint supervisory experience who are looking to build on their existing skills and take the next step in their leadership career.

Role Details:

• Rate: $59.06/hr + penalties
• Lifestyle and Shutdown roster opportunities
• 12-hour shifts
• Day and night shift work
• Commitment to working safely in an operational environment
