We're growing, and we’re looking for a Phased Array (PAUT2) NDT Technician to join our Roma team on a 2/2 FIFO roster, based out of Brisbane.

About the Role

FIFO, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster; in a remote location, along with the working conditions that accompany that environment. Previous experience on a FIFO roster, or willingness to undertake a remote FIFO roster is a pre-requisite.

You will play a key role in conducting advanced Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and other Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods for one of our key clients in the oil and gas sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Performing PAUT inspections to relevant standards and client specifications.

· Setting up, calibrating, and operating advanced ultrasonic testing equipment.

· Interpreting data, analysing results, and preparing detailed inspection reports.

· Providing on-site technical support and advice to clients and team members.

· Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

· Valid Australian working rights

· White Card

· Current Driver’s Licence

· Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical to determine your capacity to safely meet the inherent requirements of the position

· Willing to undertake ongoing drug and alcohol screenings as our clients require

· Experience in PAUT and other NDT techniques

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
