Key Responsibilities:

The making of outbound information and education-based calls to existing customers and other stakeholders. NO sales calls! Some inbound calls as required

Addressing email enquiries from customers, employers and other stakeholders

Driving retention and acquisition

Delivering high-quality factual information, supporting customers in making informed decisions

Manage and resolve any concerns and complaints

Experience and qualifications:

· Previous experience in super is strongly preferred. Experience in other financial services fields such as insurance and banking will also be considered

· Experience in meeting and surpassing customer expectations

Terms of employment

· The work hours are 38 hours per week.

· General daily start time is from 8:30am-9:30am (dependent on shift)

· Some work from home arrangements may be negotiated following approval from Team Leader.
