We’re looking for an Assistant Lead Designer who can turn concepts into visuals that grab attention, spark engagement, and make brands stand out. From social campaigns and branding to ads and creative launches, you’ll be working on exciting projects alongside marketers, videographers, and content creators every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create Impactful Designs

Design for social media, digital ads, branding, websites, and campaigns

Turn marketing ideas into strong visual executions

Create modern, clean, and engaging creatives

Support & Guide the Creative Team

Assist in reviewing artwork quality before submission

Guide junior designers and help improve their work

Ensure designs meet creative and branding standards

Work in a Fast-Paced Creative Environment

Handle multiple exciting brands and campaigns

Collaborate with account servicing, videographers, marketers, and content creators

Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation

Maintain Quality Control

Ensure artwork alignment, typography, spacing, and overall presentation are polished

Make sure all deliverables are client-ready

What We’re Looking For

2 – 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in social media or marketing

Strong portfolio with social media or marketing campaign designs

Must be proficient in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Figma

Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives

Strong in layout, typography, and design consistency across platforms

Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics

Able to handle Mandarin copy and Chinese creative direction.

Have agency experience

Enjoy mentoring junior designers

Have motion graphics or video editing knowledge

Love branding, advertising, and creative storytelling
