Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with enquiries, bookings, and account-related matters.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Process billing enquiries, payments, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and system updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
Strong customer service mindset with a polite, professional, and positive attitude.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
