Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing renovation projects from commencement to completion while ensuring smooth coordination between homeowners, Interior Designers, suppliers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

🏗️ Oversee renovation site progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

📞 Provide regular progress updates to homeowners throughout the renovation process.

🤝 Work closely with Interior Designers regarding variation orders, design revisions and site requirements.

📋 Monitor project timelines, workmanship quality and safety standards.

🔍 Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.

🚧 Resolve site issues promptly and coordinate solutions with relevant parties.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in Singapore's renovation or interior design industry.

Singapore Citizen or P R only.

Good knowledge of residential renovation processes and site coordination.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously.

Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the design team.

Own transport (car or motorcycle) is required due to frequent site coordination.
