Our client the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team as a key leader.

Oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of buildings, utilities, and facilities systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.

Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Lead facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments; address issues promptly.

Prepare and manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and cost‑control initiatives.

Coordinate space planning, renovations, and minor construction projects.

Respond to facility‑related emergencies and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records, reports, drawings, and asset inventories.

Supervise facilities staff (technicians, cleaners, security, etc.)

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related fields

Minimum 5 years working experience as Facilities Manager.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
