Salary: Package >$100K (comprising $85K base, super, $5K vehicle allowance + mileage & expenses for business travel)

THE COMPANY

Our client provides a variety of advanced technology solutions for commercial buildings, hospitals, retail sites and specialist facilities. These range from sophisticated integration platforms, to advanced people counting and space utilisation solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A new opportunity has become available in our digital services team to work on diverse projects within people counting systems, HVAC software platform programming, and new sensor technology. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in an engineering or technology

Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering

Basic programming or scripting skills; experience with Python, JavaScript or similar languages is highly regarded

Basic understanding of software integration, APIs and data communication protocols

Practical experience with people-counting devices or similar technologies is highly desirable

Experience working directly with customers

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Confidence using hand and power tools

Good communication and interpersonal skills
