The Role:

Kempe Engineering have immediate opportunities for experienced casual Fitters, Boilermakers and Trades Assistants that have a proven track record performing site work, machinery installation and maintenance work on a large variety of fixed plant and equipment from the dairy, chemical, timber, pulp and paper, power generation and process industries.

Our clients are based within Northern & Western Melbourne regions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Australian recognized trade qualification in fitting or boilermaker

Heavy industry experience as Trades assistant

Solid understanding and awareness of HSE requirements, responsibilities and obligations

Proven experience working in a similar role

LF, EWP, WAH & Confined space certificates (preferred) but not essential

An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced environment

Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and team working skills

Work in an autonomous within dynamic and flexible teams

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical

Current driver’s license

All suitably qualified and experienced candidates will be considered
