This is a genuine opportunity to take charge of a finance function in a key juncture of the business' success as it nears a major milestone in it's growth.

This role is will act as a trusted advisor to a visionary and highly successful real estate leader in Sydney. Assuming responsibility for financial control, operational accounting, cashflow management and treasury, budgeting and forecasting and support ad-hoc business analysis. And, the implementation of processes in systems to support future expansion

You will inherit two long-standing staff with the immediate opportunity to hire an additional Accountant, thus providing an ideal platform to influence the future outlook of your team whilst maintaining stability

Ideally, you will have:

• CA or CPA qualification
• Experience in property, funds management, construction or development
• Understanding of fund accounting and fund structures is preferred
• Most importantly, the ambition to build a finance function and progress towards a broader CFO mandate
