We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Philanthropy and Communications team. If you're passionate about creating impactful print and digital content, enjoy working collaboratively and want your work to have genuine purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you'll create engaging, brand-aligned visual communications that support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, community awareness and organisational communications. Working with teams across EPC, you'll bring ideas to life through creative design that connects with our audiences and strengthens our brand.
Your work will include:
Designing print and digital marketing collateral, publications and promotional materials.
Developing creative assets for fundraising appeals, donor communications, social media, websites and events.
Creating presentations, reports, signage and branded templates used across the organisation.
Preparing artwork for print and digital publication while working with external suppliers where required.
Ensuring all communications are visually engaging, accessible and aligned with our brand.
About You
You're a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing work that makes an impact. You enjoy collaborating with others, managing multiple projects and turning ideas into compelling visual stories.
You'll bring:
Qualifications in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
Strong experience designing for both print and digital channels.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A genuine passion for using design to support meaningful community outcomes.

About Eastern Palliative Care
Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit home-based palliative care service which offers a full range of support programs with the aim of improving the quality of life of individuals, carers and families of those suffering life-limiting or terminal illnesses. Clients can be referred by treating doctors, local hospitals, treating specialists, allied health professionals, by self or by family members and friends.
EPC PROVIDES SPECIALIST PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE IN YOUR HOME.
EPC is the largest single provider of community based palliative care services in Victoria. Our services are provided in the Local Government areas of Boroondara, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash, Whitehorse, Knox and Yarra Ranges.
Eastern Palliative Care is a partnership between the Order of Malta, Outer East Palliative Care Service Inc and St Vincent's Hospital (Melbourne) Ltd.
-Palliative care:
◾Affirms life and regards dying as a normal process
◾Neither hastens nor postpones death
◾Provides relief from pain and other distressing symptoms
◾Integrates the physical, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care
◾Offers a support system to help people live as actively as possible until death
◾Offers a support system to help the family cope during the person’s illness & their own bereavement
◾Palliative care is provided to people of all ages who are dying.
