About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and passionate Process Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you'll deliver engaging training programs, support new hire onboarding, coach employees to success, and help build a high-performing customer service culture.

About You

You love helping others learn, grow, and achieve their potential. You're a confident facilitator who can engage a room, build rapport quickly, and adapt your style to different learners. Most importantly, you're passionate about developing people and driving performance.

You'll Bring

Experience in a Contact Centre environment, ideally in a Training, Coaching, or Learning & Development role.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of contact centre processes, systems, and customer service best practices.

The ability to coach and develop individuals to improve performance and confidence.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience creating and maintaining training materials and learning resources.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
