The Position

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio to ensure their smooth operation and maximising their profitability.
Your duties will include:

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintenance and ensuring all properties are well maintained and in compliance with regulations.
• Arrange and conduct open for inspections.
• Open for inspections and private appointments
• Overseeing the completion of tenancy applications
• Managing authorities and lease documentation

Skills and requirements

• Agent Representative Certificate and valid police check
• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and colleagues.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Legislation knowledge pertaining to property management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
