Sold On Styling is an award-winning property styling business with over 11 years experience servicing the Canberra region. We partner with real estate agents and property owners to help properties sell faster and achieve premium sale prices by creating the wow factor that makes buyers fall in love with a home. We are a bespoke property styling company that tailors every styling project to the individual property and its target buyer. Our warehouse is in Queanbeyan; however we service the entire Canberra region, including Yass, Bungendore and Googong.


We are looking for

Experienced Property Stylists

Qualifications & experience

We require experienced people who can hit the ground running.

A minimum of 1 year's experience in the property styling industry.

Exceptional attention to detail with a great eye and passion for interiors and styling.

A team player with the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute wherever required.

Resourcefulness and flexibility to simultaneously manage priorities and solve problems.

Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results within strict timelines.

Ability to arrive organised and ready to start work on time.

Confidence using technology and the ability to learn and maintain various software systems.

You will need to be physically fit, as this role involves being on your feet for most of the day and includes manual handling and physical work.

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential. The ability to drive a manual vehicle is advantageous.

An interior design or visual merchandising qualification and experience are highly regarded.

Social media knowledge and photography skills are a bonus.

Tasks & responsibilities

Working within a timeline to put together customised property styling projects.

Selecting furniture for installations.

Selecting and packing accessories for installations.

Providing directions and support to removalists during installations and pickups.

Working with a team to install furniture and accessories within required timeframes while adhering to Sold On Styling standards, including furniture placement, styling soft furnishings and accessories, hanging artwork, making and steaming beds, and cleaning furniture.

Taking photos and video content of completed projects for use by our Social Media Manager.

Using and updating our various software systems and databases.

Driving the company van to and from installations and pickups, and collecting and returning property keys.

Packing inventory from sold properties ready for collection by removalists.

Unpacking, processing and restocking inventory in the warehouse.

Showing initiative in maintaining the organisation, cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.

Maintaining stock in good order in the warehouse and assembling new furniture.
