Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with Japanese speaking clients to ascertain their housing requirements and address inquiries.

Recommend and shortlist properties aligned with client needs.

Arrange and conduct property viewings, including scheduling appointments and accompanying clients on-site.

Negotiate rental terms and assist with lease agreement procedures.

Prepare and execute service agreements with corporate clients.

Provide move-in assistance and ongoing support for tenants, including interpretation for maintenance or facility-related issues.

Assist tenants during move-out procedures and participate in handover inspections.

Requirements:

Education in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality, sales, or customer service.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Empathetic and customer-oriented, with a keen understanding of clients' unique circumstances, such as lifestyle and family needs.

Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for interacting with people.

Proficient in Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders.

Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle is preferred.
