Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential investment properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
• Providing expert advice to clients on asset performance
• Working closely with a professional, data-driven team

About you:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based systems
• Proactive, professional, and team-oriented
