Job Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain Operational Security workflow & SOP
Conduct daily checks in the premises
Record visitor’s information in occurrence book upon visitation.
Carry out hourly patrolling and clocking for safety purposes
Execute the process for all residents’ check-in
Conduct in-house rules briefing to residents in dormitory
Conduct safety and housekeeping checks for all residents' rooms
Advise and enforce the tenants on security matters with regards to house rules
Able to react in emergency situations in the premise followed by executing the standard protocol.
Perform any other duties assigned by operations supervisors, executives and dormitory manager from time to time
Job Requirement
Posses valid PLRD license
1 – 2 years’ experience in Security field preferred
Experience in working at the dormitory environment is added advantage
Day shift position available
5 days work week with 2 days consecutive Off days
Working location : Tuas South
Transport provided to/ from Tuas West MRT & workplace
