Bakery Assistant (Future Baker Pathway)

$55k–$65k salary depending on skill & experience

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our bakery team and develop their skills in a professional artisan bakery environment.

The role includes:

Working across a rotating roster throughout the week

Some early morning starts (5:00am) on selected days depending on the production schedule — not every day

Finishing earlier on early-start days and enjoying afternoons free

Learning and supporting different areas of bakery production

Working with experienced bakers with ongoing training and guidance

Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency

Contributing ideas, creativity, and passion to our evolving menu
