Key Responsibilities

Format & Design: Craft engaging internal announcements and presentations.

Gather Content: Chat with different teams across the business to collect photos, news, and team highlights.

Manage Channels: Keep our internal social platforms and comms calendar updated and organised.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

The Tech Basics: Solid proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite.

Top-notch written and verbal communication: You have a knack for tone, clarity, and proofreading.

Energy & Initiative: A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in people, workplace culture, or HR.

Education/Background: Studying toward or holding a qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (advantageous).

Licence: A current QLD Driver’s Licence (Class C).

Bonus points if you have experience in the building, construction, trade, or manufacturing sectors—but don't worry if you don't, we'll teach you the ropes!

Why Join Bretts?

Flexibility: Great part-time hours (24–30 hrs/week) that can work around university schedules or life commitments.

Perks & Discounts: Staff discounts and access to our Employee Benefit Program.
