Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse tender documents to understand technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate, competitive, and compliant bid proposals within established timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to address tender clarifications and post-submission enquiries.
• Perform cost estimation and pricing analysis for project scopes and deliverables.
• Source, evaluate, and manage quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations to develop effective pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure smooth project handover and provide commercial support during project execution when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in tendering, proposals, or cost estimation within the engineering or built-environment sector.
• Exposure to HVAC systems and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in smart buildings, automation, and emerging building technologies.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and related documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
