Position: Customer Services Executive (Logistics)
Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Pasir Panjang
Basic Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,200
Jobs description:
Provide customer service support through phone and emails.
Prepare shipping documents and handle import/ export documentation.
Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
Process invoices promptly and accurately
Ensure import/ export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP
In-house software training will be provided
Requirements:
Preferably experience in shipping industry
