Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of tender documentation

Perform measurement/taking off quantities for BQ cost planning.

Preparing quotations

Liaise and negotiate with internal departments and client's representatives on interim progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlement

Attend site meetings when required.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Must be computer literate.

Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.

Good teamwork.

Candidate with more than 5 years experience will be considered for the role of SQS
