Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger)
Process supplier invoices, payments, and receipts
Issue customer invoices, delivery orders (DO), and billing
Perform bank reconciliation & petty cash management
Monitor cash flow and outstanding payments (credit control)
Prepare monthly financial reports & management accounts
Assist in GST submission and tax filing
Support year-end closing and audit preparation
Shipping documentation
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set accounts experience
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing
Experience in logistics, shipping, or import/export documentation will be an added advantage.
