Are you a highly organised IT Coordinator who combines strong coordination skills with a solid understanding of technology and infrastructure?

We're partnering with a leading global banking organisation seeking an IT Coordinator to join their Asia Pacific technology team. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you'll coordinate technology initiatives across infrastructure, cyber security, regulatory and operational areas.

This is a highly visible role within a lean team, offering genuine autonomy and direct exposure to senior stakeholders. You'll be someone who takes ownership, is technically curious and can work things out before escalating.

The Role

• Coordinate multiple technology projects and workstreams
• Track schedules, risks, dependencies and key deliverables
• Prepare clear reporting and updates for senior stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure actions are followed through
• Maintain governance documentation, RAID logs and project controls
• Coordinate technology teams, vendors and business stakeholders
• Support IT budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders and invoicing
• Coordinate infrastructure procurement, including quotations, approvals, purchasing and delivery
• Support infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and technology initiatives
• Assist the Head of IT with operational and technology priorities

About You

• Experience as an IT Coordinator, IT Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst or similar technology-focused role
• Banking, Financial Services or Trading experience is essential
• Strong reporting, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with vendors and coordinating IT procurement and approvals
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, Microsoft technologies, Azure/cloud, networking and security, LAN/WAN etc
• Able to engage with tech team, research solutions and know when to escalate
