FinXL is seeking a Project Manager - Telco Fixed Products to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver product-driven initiatives across fixed telecommunications products.

Manage end-to-end scope for mandatory fibre upgrades.

Drive product and customer experience transformation across the Home Portfolio.

Partner effectively with Network teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Maintain key project artifacts, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.

Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve operational delivery roadblocks.

Ensure all technical and product deployments align with business objectives.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong background as a Project Manager within the telecommunications sector.

Deep hands-on experience with telecommunications fixed products and services.

Proven experience managing infrastructure or fibre upgrade initiatives.

Demonstrated success driving product and customer experience transformations.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with Network teams.

Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering on time.

Ability to quickly hit the ground running without a steep learning curve.
