Customer Support Specialist | SAP Experience Essential
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join a leading international organisation on a 3 month contract/ on going temp role.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment and has strong experience using SAP. You'll join a friendly and supportive team where collaboration, customer satisfaction and accuracy are at the heart of everything they do.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing the complete order process from receipt through to delivery.
Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, you'll ensure customer orders are processed accurately, enquiries are resolved promptly and customers receive an outstanding service experience.
Your Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using SAP.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Monitor order progress and proactively manage backorders.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Support sales teams with product information and order updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with credit and account enquiries where required.

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll also have:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support position.
• Strong SAP experience (essential).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
