We are looking for motivated sales professionals with proven experience in a contact centre sales environment who are hungry for success, love working towards targets and want the opportunity to develop into future sales leaders.
This is not an entry-level customer service role. To be successful, you will need demonstrated sales experience, confidence handling objections, a passion for closing deals and the drive to succeed in a high-performance environment.

Our client is a rapidly growing online education provider specialising in nationally recognised qualifications across Mental Health, Community Services, Youth Work and Alcohol & Other Drugs. They are passionate about helping students build meaningful careers through flexible online learning, exceptional student support and job-ready outcomes.
Having established a strong reputation within the education sector, they are continuing to expand their sales team and leadership pipeline from their modern Armadale office.

About the Role

As a Senior Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in helping prospective students take the next step in their careers through education.
You will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound and outbound sales conversations with prospective students
• Understanding student goals and recommending suitable education pathways
• Building rapport, overcoming objections and confidently closing enrolments
• Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your sales pipeline
• Supporting junior members of the sales team through coaching and mentoring
• Assisting with team meetings and stepping into a leadership capacity when required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous sales experience within a contact centre environment (essential)
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to build rapport quickly
• Experience handling objections and closing sales
• A motivated, resilient and competitive mindset
• A genuine passion for helping customers achieve positive outcomes
• The ambition to develop into a future Team Leader
