Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage construction schedule and daily work sequencing
- Lead on-site construction activities
- Oversee contractors and subcontractors, performance management
- Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to maintain construction schedule
- Lead HSE compliance across all camp construction activities
Monitor construction progress, identify risks, implement strategies to maintain project delivery
Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement and project teams
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, including client, operations and site-based teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualification. Section 26 (essential)
- AutoCAD and Deswik software experience (essential)
- Strong underground mining project experience (essential)
- Technical understanding across civil, structural, mechanical services and electrical/utilities
- Experience supervising large, multi-contractor workforces (200+ personnel)
