About the role
We are looking for Glaziers to join our busy Perth based residential installation team. This is a permanent full-time role, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Saturday work and overtime will be available when required. Full training on the Jason Windows products and lock up processes will be provided. You may be required to work autonomously or with others depending on the size of the job. The successful person will be issued with a company vehicle and trailer for use during work.

Role Requirements:

• Measure, cut, and handle glass and related products accurately and safely as required.
• Install all necessary products such as glass, sash, doors and screens
• Prepare site and frames for installation needs.
• Inspect and assess any issues and rectify them where possible.
• Physical ability to lift heavy and/or bulky products.
• Restock, maintain and clean company vehicles and trailer as per our guidelines.
• Loading of products onto vehicles and trailers with the daily scheduled work.
• Ensure product complies with quality standards.
• Planning of daily time allocations for completion of jobs.
• Be competent to use vehicle and trailer to deliver products safely to site.
• Adhere to Jason Windows safety and quality guidelines
• Be customer service orientated and have good communication levels to speak to Builders and Site Supervisors on any issues that arise with installations.
• Adherence to Jason Windows safety and quality guidelines
• Compliance with building site safety
• High communication levels for liaison with building supervisors on site
• Minimum of 3 years glazing experience required
• Valid driver’s licence (automatic suffices)
• Trailer towing experience desirable
• White Card
• Working at Heights certification is desirable and competence to work on scaffolding and ladders.
• Hoist Licence is desirable
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol and fitness assessments
