We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to support communications, stakeholder engagement and project coordination for a digital workplace transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce engaging internal communication materials such as EDMs, posters, screensavers and simple video content

Support communications and publicity efforts to raise awareness and encourage adoption of a digital platform

Coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions including brown bag sessions, drop-in clinics, roadshows and workshops

Coordinate and conduct user interviews, surveys and usability testing sessions

Consolidate and synthesise user feedback with the project team

Track action items and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Prepare materials and manage logistics for engagement activities and workshops

Provide administrative and coordination support for day-to-day project activities

Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong coordination, organisational and attention-to-detail skills

Creative, adaptable and comfortable working with evolving timelines and requirements

Willing to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively in a team

Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint and basic video editing would be an advantage

Prior experience in communications, stakeholder engagement or event coordination would be advantageous but is not required

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
